  • Acted as lead counsel to marine operator in acquisition and expansion of its fleet
  • Acted as lead counsel to commercial fishing operator in acquisition of business and in expansion of vessel fleet and related regulatory work in obtaining and maintaining necessary fishing licenses in accordance with the American Fisheries Act
  • Assisting offshore service vessel operator in bankruptcy exit financing and in obtaining subsequent regulatory consents needed for the reflagging of part of its fleet in another jurisdiction
  • Acted as lead counsel to national bank in revolving credit and term facilities to electric delivery service provider and specialty chemical business
  • Represented media company in acquisition and financing of newspaper business
  • Acted a lead counsel to regional bank in loans to real estate management company for the acquisition of strip shopping centers located in various states

  • Acted as lead counsel to one of the country’s largest real estate development firms in its issuance of community development revenue bonds used to acquire and construct capital infrastructure development of new subdivision
  • Representation of lenders in master non-revolving lines of credit for land acquisition and construction for plasma collection centers in 19 states
  • Representation of London P&I club in financing its insured’s acquisition of specialty vessel needed for salvage job involving an overturned cargo vessel filled with over 4,000 automobiles
