Overview
Liskow is committed to advancing DEI at all levels within the firm, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, economic status, and other historically underrepresented categories. Our ability to cultivate an inclusive environment and recruit, retain and promote a diverse community of lawyers is vital to our culture. Diverse perspectives enable us to better serve our clients and help make Liskow a stronger and more capable law firm.
In addition to adopting the Houston Bar Association’s Gender Fairness Commitment Statement and the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Statement of Diversity Principles, Liskow has developed a comprehensive DEI Strategic Plan. Liskow recognizes that having a Strategic Plan specifically for DEI is essential and can be achieved only with the unequivocal support and robust participation of the firm’s leaders, the Diversity Committee, other committees, task forces, and a commitment by individual members of the firm, including attorneys and staff.
