In addition to adopting the Houston Bar Association’s Gender Fairness Commitment Statement and the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Statement of Diversity Principles, Liskow has developed a comprehensive DE&I Strategic Plan. Liskow recognizes that having a Strategic Plan specifically for DE&I is essential and can be achieved only with the unequivocal support and robust participation of the firm’s leaders, the Diversity Committee, other committees, task forces, and a commitment by individual members of the firm, including attorneys and staff.
