  • Represents a very lucrative family-owned business in a shareholder dispute raising a multiple of direct and derivative claims by disgruntled shareholders, including purported fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, corporate mismanagement, unfair trade practices, conversion of corporate assets, and minority shareholder oppression.
