- Successfully defended national companies in employment litigation brought by the EEOC and by individual plaintiffs in courts throughout the U.S.
- Successfully defended energy companies, chemical companies and others in catastrophic injury and death cases
- Successfully defended a Texas Governor’s Chief of Staff and Press Secretary, in defamation suits
- Successfully defended a former Enron director in securities litigation
- In addition to his work as a defense lawyer, Michael is unique in that he has also represented various corporate clients as plaintiffs in numerous cases throughout the U.S. in a variety of areas of law including legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, indemnity claims and others, and has represented individual Plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Michael has assisted his business and individual Plaintiff clients, in recovering tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements.
