  • We argued and secured a precedential opinion from the Federal Circuit in our client’s favor, affirming the patent holder’s unclean hands, dismissing all claims of infringement, and remanding for reconsideration of inequitable conduct and the exceptional case standard used in awarding attorneys’ fees.
  • Successfully defended a New York Times Bestselling Author and his publisher against claims of defamation arising from allegations in the author’s book that plaintiff had solicited prostitutes who were later murdered.
  • Handled a ten-day bench trial on inequitable conduct and unclean hands in patent infringement litigation and secured a judgment dismissing all claims against our clients;
  • Successfully resolved, prior to litigation and without any payment, allegations of utility patent infringement arising from method of clean-up used in connection with the salvage of the M/V Golden Ray and her cargo;
