Liskow & Lewis is pleased to announce two attorneys have joined the firm.
Erin Percy is a member of the firm’s Maritime, Oilfield, and Insurance practice group in the firm’s New Orleans office. She has experience representing major petrochemical companies in environmental, toxic tort, and contract litigation matters. Erin also has experience representing clients in lawsuits involving alleged property damage and remediation issues related to historical operations. She received her Juris Doctor from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University where she was a Senior Associate for the Louisiana Law Review.
Madeline Mathews is a business lawyer in the firm’s Houston office. She has represented clients in all phases of energy exploration, development, and production and has handled a variety of matters from lease drafting and contract negotiation to complex litigation. Madeline has experience in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, surface use agreements, mineral conveyances, and other transactional documents. Her litigation experience includes royalty and surface use disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and indemnification. Madeline received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
