Madeline is a business lawyer in the firm’s Houston office.  She has represented clients in all phases of energy exploration, development, and production and has handled a variety of matters from lease drafting and contract negotiation to complex litigation.  Madeline has experience in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, surface use agreements, mineral conveyances, and other transactional documents.  Her litigation experience includes royalty and surface use disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and indemnification. Madeline received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
