Erin Percy is a member of the firm’s Product Liability, Class Action, and Toxic Tort practice group.

Erin has experience representing major petrochemical companies in environmental, toxic tort, and contract litigation matters. She also has experience representing clients in lawsuits involving alleged property damage and remediation issues related to historical operations. 

Erin received her Juris Doctor from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University where she was a Senior Associate for the Louisiana Law Review.
