Liskow & Lewis is pleased to congratulate Edward Duhé and Trinity Morale for their selection to the Institute for Energy Law’s 4th IEL Leadership Class. Forty energy professionals were selected to join this class.
Edward Duhé is a member of the firm’s Energy practice group, focusing on complex energy litigation, renewable energy, climate change, and carbon capture and sequestration. Edward also practices in technology related fields, such as cybersecurity, data breach, data security law, and eDiscovery. Since joining the firm, he has handled all aspects of litigation. He most often represents Fortune 500 companies in environmental litigation and labor and employment litigation, including efficiently managing voluminous eDiscovery using Technology Assisted Review (TAR). He has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery, including coordinating with clients’ litigation departments, directing and consulting with vendors, and hiring and managing teams of contract attorneys. Edward has also advised clients on data breach notification laws.
Trinity Morale is an energy litigator. She has experience representing clients in contract disputes, tort claims, products liability, and oil and gas disputes. She also has experience with First Amendment issues, securities fraud, and trademark infringement. Trinity has been recognized for her practice by The National Black Lawyers’ organization as a National Black Lawyer Top 40 Under 40. She has also been recognized for her dedication to providing legal services to those unable to pay. Trinity was the inaugural recipient of the Liskow & Lewis Pro Bono Award, an award created to recognize the attorneys who make significant pro bono contributions. She was also honored as a finalist for the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono Award.
While many of the class members work in oil and gas litigation and transactions, several members also have experience in areas such as project finance, title, regulatory, toxic tort, antitrust, power, renewables, shareholder disputes, LNG, real estate, international disputes, ESG, bankruptcy, employment, and much more.
