For many years, he has successfully handled high-stakes litigation involving legacy oilfield issues, toxic torts, property disputes, and commercial conflicts. Rob’s experience extends to pipeline matters, class actions, environmental citizen suits, downstream litigation, oil and gas disputes, property issues and regulatory compliance, positioning him as a trusted advisor for clients facing multifaceted legal challenges.

Beyond his practice, Rob is involved in the management of companies engaged in commercial real estate, agriculture and mineral activities.  His pro bono work includes advising local charities and advancing legal education by serving as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University Law School.
