Overview
Patrick J. O’Connor is Of Counsel in Liskow’s Maritime Group. His practice focuses on maritime and admiralty law, marine insurance, maritime regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and complex litigation. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and a longstanding member of the New York and New England maritime bar.
Patrick brings firsthand knowledge of vessel operations to his legal practice. Before entering the law, he worked both in the wheelhouse and on deck aboard tugboats operating on the Intracoastal Waterway and the Upper and Lower Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Third Mate Unlimited Tonnage license and is certified as a USCG Company Security Officer and Vessel Security Officer.
