Overview
Hailey Maldonado is an environmental lawyer practicing in the areas of toxic tort, class actions, and mass torts. She works with clients in the manufacturing, petrochemical, and refining industries. Hailey recently completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Dana M. Douglas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. “Because of that experience, I have a good understanding of the process that should take place and the questions that need to be asked before entering the courtroom.”
Prior to joining the firm, Hailey served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Douglas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Hailey received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she served as a member of Loyola Law Review and Moot Court. While in law school, Hailey served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dana M. Douglas of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
