In his environmental practice, Devin handles cases involving environmental exposure, occupational disease, mass torts, class actions, property damage, and regulatory disputes. His maritime experience extends to near-shore and offshore litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and spill-related claims. Clients throughout the Gulf South, particularly in Louisiana, trust Devin to coordinate and develop expert evidence in their defense. His experience in this spans various disciplines including toxicology, industrial hygiene, environmental chemistry, epidemiology, and specialized medical fields.  Devin has provided on-site legal representation for major energy companies during governmental forensic examinations of well control equipment and the preservation of evidence related to maritime incidents. This unique experience underscores his comprehensive understanding of both the legal and technical aspects of his practice.

During his studies at LSU, Devin served as a research assistant to Professor William E. Crawford, Director of the Louisiana State Law Institute, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert D. Downing of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeals in Baton Rouge.
