Liskow & Lewis Shareholders Obtain Important Decision in Louisiana Supreme Court

In an important decision for owners of vessels and Louisiana shipyards, the Louisiana Supreme Court has held that the materials used in major vessel reconstruction work done in Louisiana are exempt from sales/use taxes. Liskow shareholders involved were Robert S. Angelico and Cheryl Kornick.
