Collette R. Gordon is a shareholder in the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Law and Business Law sections. Her practice in energy focuses on oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, energy-related contract drafting, onshore and offshore title examination, and pipeline issues. She received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2006. Ms. Gordon is also a 2003 graduate of the University of Virginia. Ms. Gordon has been recognized in Louisiana Super Lawyers and New Orleans Magazine for her legal acumen and professional achievements.
Staci A. Lowman focuses her practice primarily on various aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial office buildings, industrial sites, storage facilities and raw land for commercial and residential development. She received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2006. Ms. Lowman received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors and highest distinction, from the University of Iowa, in 2003.
Stephen W. Wiegand is a member of the firm’s environmental section and assists clients with permitting, compliance, transactional, and litigation issues. He is a graduate of the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2007. Mr. Wiegand received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Tulane University in 2003. Prior to joining Liskow & Lewis, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, from 2007–2008.
