As a result, I’ve gained extensive experience in matters such as contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, trademarks and branding, corporate governance, and commodities markets. Today, I leverage my diverse background to benefit clients in commercial and energy litigation.”

Melanie is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. Her practice spans several areas, including securities litigation, commercial real estate, business formation and dissolution, trusts and probate, and bankruptcy. She has supported litigation in state and federal courts in Texas and other states, as well as in several international jurisdictions.

Melanie received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2021.
