Overview

Leon Reymond’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, corporations and other business entities, energy, finance and various business transactions.

He represents owners and lenders in the acquisition, construction, operation and leasing of commercial real estate and oil and gas properties.  He often structures and documents project financing transactions, including the terms of the partnership, LLC or other governing documents.
