Overview

As Human Resources Director, Amy is responsible for the administrative operations of the Firm, including attorney and non-attorney personnel recruitment and retention, and the Summer Associate program. She also oversees the development and management of all employee benefits and benefit-related compliance. Working across multiple disciplines, she has been with the firm for more than twenty years creating a unique operational imprint on firm culture and client service.

Amy works with executive leadership and serves on various firm committees including the Strategic Planning Committee, the Pension Committee, the Recruiting Committee, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Amy is a member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resources Management. She received a B.A. from Louisiana State University, and earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business.
