Overview
Kendall is a member of the firm’s Maritime, Oilfield and Insurance practice group in the Houston office. He focuses his practice on maritime personal injury defense. Kendall advises clients in a broad range of legal issues that arise under the Jones Act, the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, and the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act. As part of his maritime practice, Kendall regularly advises clients on litigation strategy as well as prevention of future litigation.
Kendall received his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law, cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University in 2021. During law school, he was an extern to the Honorable Shelly Dick, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. As a 3L, Kendall served as Articles Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and the Vice President of the Maritime & Admiralty Law Society.
