Will Kellner is a litigator focusing on business and energy-related issues. Will’s clients include oil and gas operators as well as an array of other businesses. He represents his oil and gas clients in matters involving both general business and oil and gas issues. 

In business litigation, he represents clients in cases involving fraud, fiduciary duties, contract disputes, entity structure and management, and various other matters. 

He has litigated in both federal and state courts. 

Prior to joining Liskow & Lewis, Will was an associate at Armstrong Teasdale, LLP in St. Louis, Missouri. Before law school, he was a college basketball coach.
