Joe Wilson is a business lawyer focusing on real estate, finance, general business, and trusts and estates matters. His practice involves counseling real estate developers, lenders, and business owners with diverse legal and operational issues, including property acquisitions, sales, and development, security rights and financing, and corporate structuring and governance.
