Kornick to Speak at the Eighth Annual Energy Litigation Conference

Cheryl M. Kornick, a shareholder in the firm's New Orleans office, will be a featured speaker at the 8th Annual Energy Litigation Conference on October 23, 2009 in Houston, Texas.   She will speak on market volatility and whether or not it breeds new litigation.
