Liskow & Lewis will be awarded the Camille Gravel Pro Bono Award at the Federal Bar Association’s annual luncheon on August 21, 2009. The Camille Gravel Award is given annually to attorneys who have done substantial pro bono work. The award is in recognition of the firm’s service as appointed counsel in capital post-conviction proceedings.  Attorneys Joe Norman, Michael Rubenstein and Jason Johanson have contributed a significant amount of time to the case for which the firm will be recognized by this award.  In December of 2008, Liskow & Lewis also received the New Orleans Pro Bono Project Award.
