Robert S. Angelico, a shareholder and chair of the firm’s tax practice group in New Orleans, has been recently elected as President-Elect of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA) for 2009-2010. He will become President of the State Society in June of 2010. Mr. Angelico previously served as a Board Member, Louisiana Tax Conference Committee Member and Legislation Steering Committee Task Force Member of LCPA.

The Society of Louisiana CPAs is a non-profit professional association with over 6,200+ members statewide. Established in 1911, the Society works with CPAs in public practice, industry, government, and education. LCPA members have the benefit of a strong advocacy organization dedicated to unifying CPAs under a high standard of ethics and professionalism.

The LCPA serves the common needs of its members and enhances the professional environment in which they work.
