James A. Brown, head of the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group, will perform a cross examination of a plaintiff's legal malpractice expert at the American Bar Association National Legal Malpractice Conference on April 24, 2009 in Miami, Florida. The cross examination will be part of a panel presentation entitled "Trial Skills - Cross of Expert," to be given on April 24, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The panel features Mr. Brown and other leading attorney malpractice litigators from around the nation.
