WEN is an association for women professionals that provides networking opportunities for women in the energy industry and fosters career and leadership development. It presently has more than 600 members representing 200 plus companies in Houston.  Grauberger has served on the WEN Board for two years and has been involved in many WEN programs including serving as a mentor in the group's mentoring program, planning networking events, and chairing the 2008 WEN Charity Lunch, which raised more than $100,000 for Community Family Centers' montessori preschool program for low income children in Houston's East End area.  Grauberger will serve as the President of WEN in 2010.
