Ms. Moura is an accomplished bilingual and bicultural Portuguese/English attorney with additional Spanish working knowledge, offering unique legal skills acquired during several years of legal practice within the United States and Brazil. She is one of the few lawyers licensed in both the Brazilian Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Besides her well-honed skills in organizational and time management, Ms. Moura's experience involves extensive drafting and negotiating of a broad range of legal documents, project finance, performing due diligence, and managing complex civil, commercial, labor and tax litigation matters in Brazil. She represented clients within the energy, oil, gas, manufacturing, banking, travel and food industries. Her 8-year in-house experience allowed her to closely participate in corporate management decisions and develop an acute understanding of business drivers and client's expectations of an efficient and team-player legal service provider.
